The Recruitment Solution have a new and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join one of our clients dealerships based in the Buckinghamshire Area.
Our client, are a well renowned dealer group with nine dealerships across the South East Region, covering Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, London and Berkshire. They are a forward thinking dealer group who provide both cars and commercial vehicle services for 4 different manufactures and are continually looking for opportunities to grow and expand.

As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for:
*Preparing all Warranty claims for submission to manufacturer for payment.
*Check and clear weekly statements and query any overdue claim not paid or any discrepancy in payment.
*Ensuring all documentation falls in line with manufacturer guidelines.
*Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with manufacturer and departmental standards with regard to claim deals and administration of open time, clocking's and job card write-ups.
*Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed and follow warranty and all other admin systems as defined by departmental systems and procedures completing regular and documented self-auditing.
*Ensuring all policy claims are quickly dealt with and the customer reimbursements are correct.
*Maintaining high standards of control over displaced material returned to manufacturer.
*Accurately reconciling warranty credits and correctly administer discrepancies and short-falls / rejected claims.
Warranty Administrator Requirements
*The ideal candidate would be an experienced Warranty Administrator or even a Parts Administrator whom is seeking more variety to their role who understands the processes that are required for warranty repairs.
*Main dealer experience is essential.
*Stable work history.
*Great eye for details and super organisation and time management skills.
