The Recruitment Solution are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a Parts Distribution Centre based in the Hatfield  area on behalf of one of our most valued clients.
Our client is the largest independent commercial vehicle dealer group and, with its passenger vehicle interests included, ranks inside the Top 15 of all UK automotive dealer groups. The company has annual revenues of over
£1 billion and employs almost 3000 people across its operations.

Duties undertaken by the Warehouse Operative:
* Goods Inwards- Checking all parts have a parts number
* Picking and packing customers' orders
* Allocating parts to the correct locations
* Identifying any discrepancies and ensuring paperwork is adjusted accordingly.
* Taking part in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stock checks
* Updating the system accurately
* Complete all paperwork accurately
* Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience required for Warehouse Operative
* Automotive Parts experience is essential
* Main dealer or motor factor considered
* Trade Parts experience is a distinct advantage
* Ability to work in a team coupled with the ability to use your own initiative when required
* Strong administration and IT Skills
* Pays attention to the detail
* Ability to lift and carry heavy items
* Excellent communication skills
