Job Role
*As a Business Manager you will be responsible for Web Advertising
*Driving the sales team to achieve set objectives
*Diary control and follow ups
*Managing the sales funnel and allocating leads
*Logistics for internal transfers
*To deliver the required sales, margin and profit performance
*To recruit, motivate and develop your team to achieve success
*To develop specific local initiatives that drive the sales and margin performance
*To improve operational standards, ensuring that we service our customer base and maximise opportunities
*To develop a strong and balanced customer base

Person Required
*Management experience within a Commercial Vehicle Sales operation is a distinct advantage, however proven leadership skills selling passenger cars will be considered or experience as a Business Manager
*Strong people management skills are essential, with experience of leading a team to achieve success
*Excellent relationship building skills
*Must be financially and commercially astute, with strong analytical skills
