Dont you think you deserve to earn a Market leading £55,000+ OTE and a COMPANY CAR, working as a Service Team Manager? Working with a fabulous German brand and a progressive, supportive dealer group, working just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (Paid as overtime).

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience in a similar role, excellent customer service, upsales and administration skills. If you have experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge this would be a distinct advantage.

Service Team Manager Requirements
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
• Updating the customer regarding their vehicle repairs and any additional work required, whilst providing excellent customer service with regular communication and updates
• Maintaining knowledge of aftersales products and services
• Monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work directly with a team of technicians allocating jobs according to time and ability whilst ensuring the highest levels of service
