The Recruitment Solution are recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator on behalf of one of our most valued clients based in the Long Marston Area.
Our clients, who are one of the leading retailers in the UK, are keen to recruit an important member of the service team. They are a well-funded business and have an excellent reputation for staff retention and customer service.
Service Administrator Job Role
• You will be responsible primarily for the service department administration
• Raising and closing job cards
• Liaising with technicians in regard to work in progress
• Occasionally covering service reception when required
• Costing and invoicing
• Arranging courtesy vehicles
• Pre calling service bookings
• Delivering first class customer services

Service Administrator Requirements
• Current/previous main dealer service administration/advisor experience (at least 2 years).
• Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face
• Excellent administration skills
• Must be engaging with colleagues and customers and a genuine team player.
• Must be organised and very IT literate
