The Recruitment solution are working for a multi- brand main dealer group. We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent/Bookings Clerk to join their headoffice team based in the Enfield area. This is a great role with exciting brands!
The main objectives are as follows:
Maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work
Handle requests for service or progress enquiries in a timely manner
Book routine service and repair jobs and make computerised appointments and quote price to customer.
Makes preparation for job cards after a booking has been made.
Complete financial administration for service and repair jobs
Leave every calling customer with a sense of efficient service and being valued
Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems/queries
Promote the retailer's products and services
Answer incoming calls following the retailer's established processes
Forward calls or take messages for retailer staff as required
Proactively recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements for call centre team
Maintain customer personal and transaction records so they are useful to other retailer staff
Keep customer and transaction records up to date and accurate
Establish and record customer preferences
