The ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor,Senior Service Advisor or Service Supervisor. You will have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience. If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would be a distinct advantage.

Aftersales Supervisor Requirements
• You will be responsible for supporting the other team members
• Being on hand to support colleagues and deal with customer complaints
• Manage the department processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling when necessary
