The service area of the motor trade is a diverse and critical area of the dealer network including customer service, administration, warranty, supervision and management. Outside the dealer network there is also a vast industry of fast fit centres, dedicated franchised repair centres and specialists who also have similar structures. Plus of course the growing trend towards call centre operations.

Gone are the days when the workshop was an area out the back of the dealership and the service department played second fiddle to the sales department, the service department is now seen as important as the sales department and often the most vital area within the dealership. We work closely with the dealer network and associated businesses identifying and placing candidates across the South East. We are also keen to talk with customer facing candidates without motor trade experience, that can demonstrate a passion for customer care, organizational skills and stable CV with logical career moves.
