Finance and Administration - Most automotive dealerships will have an Accountant/Finance Manager with a couple of support staff within the accounts team and at least one Sales Administrator, however some dealer groups have centralized teams to manage the accounts and administration for the group from one central office which will include a large team.

We also work with manufacturers, wholesalers and specialist centres administration departments to find quality candidates. Whilst most vacancies in this field require motor trade experience, because companies use different dealer management systems a degree of training is often available for the right candidate.
