Who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Reception Manager. This is a modern facility that is very busy and will offer you the opportunity to display your potential. As an experienced Service Reception Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Service Advisors.
Requirements
*Responsible for, liaising with customers face to face and over the phone, costing and invoicing using the Kerridge system.
*You will be responsible for working closely with the Workshop Controllers and make sure your team are updated on progress
*Setting the standard for customer care
*Making sure all customers are updated
*Handling customer complaints
*Ensuring the department are meeting target and objectives.
