Service Advisor Duties
*Communicating with customers regarding vehicle updates, additional work required and warranty issues.
*Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure that they return for future visits
*Using your knowledge of products and services to advise customers and answer questions.
*Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and ensure the vehicle is ready on time for the customer.
*Liaising with Technicians and the Parts Department to ensure the correct parts are available when necessary.
About the Person
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment.
*A positive attitude and outgoing nature.
*Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
*Energetic, hungry for success.
*Strong customer facing skills.
*You must hold a full UK driving licence.
