Service Advisor Duties
*Communicating with customers to upsell additional work and to advise on its progress
*Maintaining positive relationships with customers throughout the day to ensure their return.
*Applying extensive knowledge of products and services to advise customers and answer questions.
*Keep customers updated on vehicle status and ensure the vehicle is ready to the highest standard and on time for the customer.
*Liaising with Technicians and Parts Department to ensure the correct parts are available when necessary.

About the Person
*Previous experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor.
*A positive attitude and outgoing nature.
*Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
*Energetic, hungry for success.
*Strong customer facing skills.
*Main dealer experience.
*You must hold a full UK driving licence.
