As a Service Advisor, we hear daily about the frustrations you face! The Recruitment Solution has an excellent opportunity within a prestige dealership in Hertfordshire. You will be working within a customer centric service department, where you will utilise all of your experience to deliver an outstanding level of service.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception, booking in vehicles, raising and closing job cards, gaining authorisations for work to be carried out, liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress, arranging courtesy cars using the one link system, costing and invoicing, customer handovers and up selling.

• The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience
