Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Motor Trade Recruitment - Basic + OTE £30k Year One + Incentives and an excellent training program.

The Role
You will receive market leading training which will cover all areas of Candidate Generation, Candidate Management, Account Management and Business Development. You will put your training into practice working within a target driven environment, this entry level recruitment role will involve the full recruitment cycle. You will start by sourcing and interviewing candidates through a variety of methods and manage the whole recruitment process through to placement. You will receive fantastic training and coaching along the way to develop your sales skills, and be quickly encouraged to take on extra responsibilities. Upon completing your training, you will become a qualified consultant.

Your Profile
As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will ideally be a Graduate or Graduate calibre candidate who has had an exposure to a Recruitment Sales environment or had previous Sales experience in a targeted Sales role. Most importantly you must be money hungry, entrepreneurial, organized and highly focused. Throughout your life to date, you will have been a 'winner' in some capacity and can give examples to prove this. You will be well presented, bright and you must have a good understanding of Recruitment Sales and be ready to commit to a long-term career with a highly rewarding and exciting company.
