We are working on behalf of our well-respected client to find an experienced Fleet Account Administrator who can demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to the team. Based at our client's Automotive Fleet Business Centre, you will be looking after the communication between our client and their leasing company partners. You'll support all members of the team in achieving their business objectives and build effective and profitable customer relationships with new and existing customers whilst processing vehicle orders.

Are you able to demonstrate that you can maintain a structured approach in busy working conditions?
Day to Day responsibilities:
Order Management - processing customer orders onto company database; including pricing and customer details. You will be responsible for the management of the vehicle process from receipt of the order to point of delivery.
Customer Management - updating customers on the progress of their orders, addressing concerns, and providing effective solutions to queries.
Quoting - assisting clients with pricing on the Ford range, using product knowledge to advise on model variants/options available to enhance the customer's fleet.
Various administration duties to assist the team - Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook skills are essential.
Vehicle Preparation - Liaising with other sites in the group to ensure vehicles are prepared and equipped with everything they need to meet and exceed customer requirements.
