The Recruitment Solution have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to join one of our well renowned clients based in North London. This is a recently acquired franchise for this group and a great opportunity for an experienced manager to put their stamp on it and be part of a success story from the beginning.
Job Role
* Supporting a sales team of three, second facing and negotiating with customers
* Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPI's are achieved
* Management and motivation of the sales department staff
* Promote the sale of accessories and service packages.
* Provide and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans.
* Meeting set objectives set by the manufacture for new and used cars
