The Recruitment Solution (TRS) have created a really exciting new opportunity for a Client Partner, to join our team and help develop new opportunities within the automotive sector and beyond, as well as maintaining relationships with our large portfolio of existing clients.

A Client Partner has three primary responsibilities:
.Identifying new sales leads and managing consistent, professional and effective communication
.Promoting products and/or services to new clients
.Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
.Researching organisations and individuals online, identify new leads and potential new markets
.Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
.Maintaining the CRM system and giving detailed feedback to the Director on a regular basis
.Planning and delivering new marketing initiatives
.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
.Preparing presentations and conducting client meetings
.Contacting clients to inform them about new developments within the company
.Developing quotes and proposals
.Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
.Developing sales and activity goals and ensuring they are met

Important skills required for the role include:
.Strong communication and IT fluency
.Good use of grammar with at least a strong GCSE in English Language
.Excellent negotiation skills
.Strong presentation skills
.Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
.Knowledge of the industry and the ability to cross industry prospect
.The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
.Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
.Attention to detail
.Excellent time management and organisation

This is a Monday to Friday role which would suit an experienced Business Development Manager, ideally with some automotive experience. We offer a competitive salary package and car allowance.
