The Recruitment Solution have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join one of our clients state of the art dealerships based in the Basingstoke area. They are a privately owned business, committed to investing in their employees and providing a challenging yet rewarding working environment, which is reflected in their history of retaining staff.
Car Sales Executive Duties
*Develop an in-depth understanding of the current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
*Prospecting new and existing customers
*Listening to customers' needs and demands inorder to provide them with the right vehicle
*Presentation of additional insurance products such as Gap, smart guards, alloy wheel protection, warranties etc.
*Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display
*Work with the Business Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer
*Working within a proven process to maximise sales opportunities
*Meeting set objectives for units, profit and customer satisfaction
