​Fleet Sales and Business Development is an extremely important area of the motor trade with most new cars and commercials sold in the UK are through the fleet department, whether this is to small businesses, large fleet companies or car hire operations. These are either sold through the franchised dealer network, leasing companies or brokers.

Business Development is equally important across all industries and is a busy and vibrant sector offering challenging and rewarding opportunities. The Business Developers main responsibility Is to generate new business accounts through face to face sales, telephone lead generation and networking. We work various sectors to find candidates within all areas of the business including: Sales, logistics, administration, finance, customer care and accounts. Larger sales values are predominantly achieved through various funding methods rather than outright purchase so funding income is also a key area of profitability within this sector.
